The loyalty network for banks and fintechs.
Cosmo gives banks, fintechs and card issuers the partner contracts, integration and settlement to reward customers with points and miles in airline, hotel and retail loyalty programs. Use all three, or only the parts you need.
Programs on the Cosmo network
What is Cosmo?
Cosmo is a loyalty network for banks, fintechs and card issuers. It provides the three things every loyalty partnership needs: contracts with airline, hotel and retail programs, one integration to issue rewards into them, and settlement with every partner in a single monthly statement. Cosmo powers point exchange, co-branded cards and multi-program cards, with no setup fees and markups disclosed to both sides.
Operate every partnership from one place.
Volumes, counts and performance across every partner in one view. No more stitching spreadsheets.
Request and enable partners, set transfer rules, launch campaigns, and manage team members and API keys, without a deployment.
Reports and billing sit next to operations, with one reconciled position across the network.
Flexible applications for any loyalty use case.

Payments got card networks. Banking got open banking. Loyalty still runs on bespoke, bilateral builds. Cosmo is the shared network it has been missing.
Adding partners should not multiply the work.
- ›New partners without a new integration
- ›One settlement across every partnership
- ›Loyalty programs join once, too
Power all your partnerships through a single setup.
Standardized agreements
A common legal and commercial framework replaces bilateral negotiations with every new partner.
A single integration
One API to issue rewards into every program on the network, with the same call for every partner.
Clearing and settlement
Cosmo acts as the clearing house. Rewards are issued in real time, and a single monthly settlement covers every partnership, on both sides.
Take the whole network, or just the rails.
Every layer is optional. Use Cosmo's technology while keeping your own commercial agreements — or ride on Cosmo's existing contracts wherever a partner is already in the network.
Keep direct agreements with your partners. Cosmo powers the integration, and can run settlement too.
If a partner is already on the network, launch under Cosmo's standardized agreement — no negotiation required.
Open pricing.
No setup fees and no management fees. Markups are disclosed to both the client and the loyalty program.

Loyalty partnerships, answered.
What is Cosmo?
Cosmo is a loyalty network for banks, fintechs and card issuers. It provides the partner contracts, integration and settlement to reward customers with points and miles in airline, hotel and retail loyalty programs, through one integration.
What is a loyalty partnership?
A loyalty partnership lets customers earn or redeem rewards across two brands, such as bank points that convert into airline miles or hotel points. Each partnership traditionally needs its own contract, integration and reconciliation. On Cosmo, all three are already in place for every program on the network.
What is reward issuance?
Reward issuance is crediting points or miles into a loyalty program on a customer's behalf, for example when a bank issues airline miles for card spend. Cosmo issues rewards into every program on the network through one API.
How can a bank or fintech issue airline miles and hotel points?
Either by contracting and integrating with each program directly, or through a loyalty network. With Cosmo, a bank or fintech integrates once, chooses programs from the network, and issues miles and points to customers in real time, using Cosmo's partner contracts or its own.
How is settlement handled?
Cosmo acts as the clearing house. Rewards are issued in real time, and settlement runs monthly: one statement covering every partnership, on both sides, across currencies. Settlement is modular: Cosmo can also settle a partnership contracted directly between a client and a loyalty program, or the parties can settle directly.
How does Cosmo charge?
Cosmo charges no setup fees and no management fees. Markups are disclosed to both the client and the loyalty program.
Do I have to use Cosmo's commercial agreements?
No. Cosmo is modular. Clients can use Cosmo's partner contracts where a program is already on the network, or keep their own agreements with a partner.
How long does onboarding take?
Clients typically complete technical integration in about a week using the Cosmo API and sandbox. Loyalty programs joining the network typically complete onboarding in 2 to 4 weeks.
Is Cosmo secure and compliant?
Yes. Cosmo is SOC 2 Type II compliant and certified to ISO/IEC 27001 (information security), ISO/IEC 27017 (cloud security), ISO/IEC 27018 (personal data protection in the cloud) and ISO/IEC 20000-1 (IT service management). Data is encrypted at rest, personal data is additionally encrypted at field level, and the platform runs on AWS behind a web application firewall.
