Cosmo MCP server: query your loyalty account from an AI assistant

Cosmo now exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Connect it to an MCP client such as Claude, Claude Code or Cursor and the assistant can answer questions about your account directly from the Cosmo API: which partner programs you are connected to, what a transfer ratio is, which campaigns are running, or what happened to a given transaction.

Every tool is read-only and every result is scoped to the business account whose credentials you connect with. The server cannot issue points, change a connection or move money. Member identifiers are returned only where the connected account is already entitled to see them through the API.

The server speaks the MCP Streamable HTTP transport and authenticates with the same API key you use for the REST API, so there is nothing new to provision. Contact us and we will send the endpoint and a connection snippet for your client.

  • get_profile: who the connected account is and which environment it is on
  • get_programs and get_program_connections: partner programs on the network and your active connections, ratios and limits
  • get_currencies: the currencies your account issues and receives
  • get_campaigns: bonus campaigns, their funding model and date range
  • get_transactions and get_transaction: transfer history and the full state of one transfer
  • validate_member: check a member against a partner program before issuing points

Close to 20 million ALL Accor Reward Points moved through the network in one month

In June, members of the banks and fintechs on the Cosmo Network transferred close to 20 million ALL Accor Reward Points into their ALL Accor accounts. It is the highest month for ALL Accor transfers since the program joined the network, and it ran on the same integration the program connected with: no new build on either side.

Volume like this is what a network is for. ALL Accor joined once and every client on the network can offer it; each new issuer that connects adds demand without adding work for the program. Thank you to the ALL Accor team for a collaboration that keeps growing.

Radisson Rewards joins the Cosmo Network

Radisson Rewards is the loyalty program of Radisson Hotel Group, with more than 1,600 hotels in over 100 countries across brands from Radisson Blu and Radisson RED to Park Inn and Country Inn & Suites. From today, banks and fintechs on the Cosmo Network can let their members move points into Radisson Rewards and put them towards stays and member benefits.

Hotels are where cardholders redeem most often, and a second global hotel program on the network means an issuer can offer a real choice of where to stay. For Radisson, one connection to Cosmo opens the door to every issuer on the network, now and as it grows. We are glad to be building that with them.

Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles joins the Cosmo Network

Miles&Smiles is the frequent flyer program of Turkish Airlines, an airline that flies to more countries than any other, with a network spanning more than 130 of them. Banks and fintechs on the Cosmo Network can now connect their customers to Miles&Smiles and offer points-to-miles transfers towards flights and upgrades across that network.

Airline miles remain the most requested transfer destination among cardholders, and Miles&Smiles brings a program with reach across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas to every issuer on the network at once. We look forward to growing the partnership with the Turkish Airlines team.

Multibrand is granted US patent 12,597,048

The United States Patent and Trademark Office granted US 12,597,048 B2, "Loyalty rewards exchange systems and methods", to Cosmopoints Loyalty Tech Ltd. The patent covers the mechanism behind Multibrand, where a single card earns across every loyalty program the issuer enables, split as the cardholder chooses.

Multibrand runs on the same network, contracts and settlement as Point Exchange and co-branded cards, so an issuer can add it without a second integration.

Clients

Kuwait Finance House connects to the Cosmo Network

Kuwait Finance House (KFH), one of the largest Islamic financial institutions in the world, is now connected to Cosmo. KFH cardholders can exchange their rewards points for miles and points across the airline, hotel and retail programs on the network, with each transfer processed in real time.

KFH is exactly the kind of institution the network was built for: a large card base, customers who travel, and a rewards proposition that benefits from more destinations without more bilateral contracts. One integration gives KFH every program on the network today and every program that joins after. Welcome to the Cosmo Network, where partnerships happen.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club joins the Cosmo Network

Privilege Club is the loyalty program of Qatar Airways. Its members earn and spend Avios across Qatar Airways, the oneworld alliance and partners in hotels, car rental, retail and lifestyle. Banks and fintechs on the Cosmo Network can now offer real-time point transfers into Privilege Club.

Privilege Club brings one of the most valued airline currencies to the network and, through Avios, a redemption footprint well beyond a single carrier. Connecting financial institutions to loyalty programs of this standing, through one integration and one settlement, is the reason Cosmo exists. Welcome aboard.

Saudia AlFursan joins the Cosmo Network

Saudia, the national carrier of Saudi Arabia, has joined the Cosmo Network with AlFursan, its loyalty program. AlFursan members earn miles and tier benefits across Saudia's network and its partners. Banks and fintechs on Cosmo can now connect to AlFursan and offer their customers real-time transfers of points into miles.

The Gulf is home to some of the most engaged card rewards customers anywhere, and a national carrier's program is often the first thing they ask for. AlFursan on the network means an issuer in the region can offer it from day one. We are proud to partner with the Saudia team.

Accor joins the Cosmo Network

Accor is one of the world's largest hospitality groups, with more than 5,600 properties in 110 countries and brands from Raffles, Fairmont and Sofitel to Novotel and Pullman. Through Cosmo, banks and fintechs can connect to ALL Accor, the group's loyalty program, to offer real-time point exchange and to let cardholders earn ALL Reward Points on card spend.

ALL Accor is the first hotel program on the network, and it arrives with both sides of the loyalty equation: earning and redeeming. That is the model we want for every partnership on Cosmo, one integration that works in both directions. Welcome to the network.
